Grant Report Form

The Pennington Foundation requires each organization to complete a final report a year from the date the grant was awarded, which is listed in the award letter and contract. If your organization’s grant was given for an event or sponsorship, please navigate to the “Event Report Form” page. Organizations that fail to submit the required final report by the deadline listed on the grant award letter will not be considered for future funding from the Pennington Foundation.
